One of the reasons I really like living here is the beach pub combo available. Small beach at harbour within hop skip and jump from a couple of nice wee pubs and an ice cream shop.
Twiglet runs around getting sand in her knickers (rather uncomfortable I'm told, bit scratchy) and we get a small beer (or G & T) while we watch her.
Everyone's a winner.

I lived in Stoney between 81-86, went to Mackie etc. Saw your blog when searching through fellow Weddo fans. Great to see pictures of the harbour, I worked in the Marine and started my drinking career in the Ship! Not a happy end to that story but there you go. Keep blogging. PS. Commy knocked down I hear?
