Three's company

Today we had the honour of taking out the Wilkie gals for an afternoon (well the little ones Wilkie gal senior stayed home). So we hit the beach, just for a change, we hardly ever go there. Apart for days not ending in a y that is.

There was a giant jellyfish on the beach, and I mean huge. All the kids we fascinated by it. Sorry I didn't get a close up but Millie and I were comfortably camped out well away from feet stingy invertibrates. Twig and Rosie performed a useful public service here by standing and warning all who entered a 20 ft vicinity of the said beastie not to go near or it'll sting your feet. They did it loudly and persistently. Don't know who these girls get their bosy streak from. I'm also really sorry I didn't manage to get a photo of Millie either who had one of my scarves on her head to keep the sun off making her look ever so fetching. Her mammy would have been proud...

And how better to end the day but with a few classic episodes of Dora the explorer and an ice lolly. (Well glass of wine is more my preference but each to their own ehh?)
